At Tupperware, we stand by the quality of our products; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note that items must be in their original packaging and unused to qualify for a standard return.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Tupperware account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a Return Authorization Number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all components and lids are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed, typically within 7-10 business days.
